Tingari’s philosophy is simple.

“We aim to care for the people who live in a home that is theirs, not ours, we are mere caretakers providing care to those who need a little help with day to day living in the same way we provide for and nurture our own families”.

Tingari’s philosophy is simple.

Overview

Tingari Group provides quality residential aged care across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland and we believe aged care should feel personal, respectful, and safe—because every resident deserves to feel truly seen, heard, and valued.

What sets Tingari Group apart is our commitment to strong clinical governance and a clear sense of purpose. We take our responsibility seriously—ensuring that every decision made puts resident wellbeing first. That means safe, high-quality care, thoughtful innovation, and a genuine focus on what matters most to residents and families.

We support aged care reform and are proud to be helping lead positive change across the sector. But no matter how the system evolves, one thing will never change: at Tingari Group, residents are always at the centre of everything we do.
